That i can buy in the shops? What will a Dermatologist recommend for mild acne......?
A glycerin based soap for cleansing, and a product with benzoyl peroxide for spot treatment to start. What will a Dermatologist recommend for mild acne......?
1. Nutrition is becoming more known and understood as the cause of everything - more fresh organic fruits are a natural face lift, etc. That's fun to investigate.

2. Thyme essential oil got rid of my adult acne and I keep it under control with avoiding as much processed foods as possible - I don't really ever break out anymore but one here or there sometimes depending on how I'm eating

3. Things that help: organic baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, organic cornstarch, organic yogurt, organic honey, essential oils from original swiss aromatics

4. Spring waters are fake, Evian tests well - making the switch

5. Drinking hot fluids, more soups, heated Evian water to flush the system so things don't show up as zits
Tea tree oil is great for acne and other skin conditions, and it is 100% natural. It is also cheap. You can also use it for minor wounds, abrasions and cuts and burns.
pobably ProActive
