without acne creams or pills/medicine i have to take?

more than likely they would tell you your options first
Depending on your severity they would then probably give you a reccomendation
Last time I went they gave me an acne medication (Trenotin) along with this other medicine and it went away almost INSTANTLY!!!!!!
Im going to make another appointment today because i ran out
