Reduce refined carbs like sugars, juices, rice and flour etc. Eat low fat protein like chicken breast and fish with lots of vegetables and fruits that have a low glycemic index. Minimise all simple carbs that cause inflammation. Use a cleanser with salicylic acid like Neutrogena or Vichy and if you can find in Singapore - Oxy salicylic acid facial wipes. And supplement with zinc and b vitamins - Berocca has these ingredients in 1 tablet. Also, do not forget omega 3 Salmon oil. This works for me!
